We begin in Peso da Régua and hike through the spectacular UNESCO-classified terraced vineyards. The morning trail offers commanding views of the Douro River as it winds through the valley. We visit two family-run quintas for exclusive tastings, including a rare white Port. The day ends at our accommodation — a beautifully restored 18th-century quinta.
